Help for people using our apps, and for clients in an active engagement. We usually answer within two business days.

App support

Email hieu.trantrung1204@gmail.com with the app name in the subject line. Including these three things gets you a fix much faster:

  • Your device model and OS version (for example, iPhone 14, iOS 18).
  • The app version, shown in the app's settings screen.
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.

GoBrain

Brain puzzles for iOS, Android, and the web. Before writing, try the in-app support form under Settings, it attaches diagnostics automatically. The web version at fighttechvn.github.io/play2048 stores scores in your browser, so clearing site data resets them.

ProFocus: Frame & Timer

Photo sharing between devices needs both devices on the same WiFi network. If uploads fail, check that your router does not isolate clients (a common hotel and office setting). ProFocus has no account and no cloud: deleting the app deletes its photos.

The AI coach downloads its language model on first use and then works fully offline. If the model download stalls, free up storage and retry from the AI screen. Progress lives on your device, so reinstalling the app clears it.

Manifest

If lunar reminders stop firing, check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings and that Focus modes are not silencing the app. Widgets refresh on the system's schedule, which can lag a few minutes after midnight.

Refunds and subscriptions

Purchases go through Apple and Google, so refunds do too: use reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store or the order history in Google Play. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves, but write to us if a purchase misbehaves and we will help you sort it out.

Clients

If you are in an active engagement, use the channel named in your agreement (usually a shared workspace or direct email). The address above works as a fallback and reaches the same people.
