Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 3, 2026. This policy explains what data we handle on this website and, at a general level, in the applications we publish.
1. This website
This site is a static website. It does not set cookies, does not run third-party analytics scripts, and does not include tracking pixels. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and operations, as virtually all web servers do.
If you email us, we receive the address and content you send. We use it only to answer you and to run the engagement you ask about. We do not sell contact data or add you to marketing lists.
2. Our applications
Each application we publish has its own privacy policy in its store listing, which is the authoritative document for that app. As a summary of how we design them:
- ProFocus: Frame & Timer works without an account. Photos you share between devices travel over your local WiFi network and stay on your devices. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking SDK.
- Hack Não 1500 English runs its AI features entirely on your device. Vocabulary progress and recordings stay local. The app works offline.
- GoBrain uses Firebase Analytics to understand which puzzles are played and to fix crashes. Leaderboard names you enter are stored with your scores.
- Manifest stores your reminders and settings on your device and in your personal iCloud where applicable. We do not operate accounts for it.
3. Client work
Data we receive during a consulting engagement (documents, credentials, user data in staging systems) is used only for that engagement, protected under the confidentiality terms of the signed agreement, and deleted or returned when the engagement ends, unless the agreement says otherwise.
4. Data retention
Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the relationship it belongs to. You can ask us at any time to delete past correspondence, and we will, unless a signed contract or law requires keeping it.
5. Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Material changes affecting a published app will also be reflected in that app's store listing.
