The more concrete your first message, the faster we can give you a useful answer. A good brief covers:

What the product does, in a couple of sentences.
Where it should run: iOS, Android, web, or all three.
Where you want it hosted: AWS, Google Cloud, your own VPS, or you don't know yet, which is fine.
Your rough timeline and budget range, if you have one.

What happens after you write

We reply with questions, or you can skip straight to booking a call. If the project is a fit, you get a written scope with milestones and a price before any work starts. If it is not a fit, we say so and, when we can, point you somewhere better.
