Terms of Service
Effective date: July 3, 2026. These terms cover this website, our consulting services, and the mobile and web applications we publish.
1. Who we are
FightTech ("we", "us") is a software product studio operating from Vietnam. We publish our own applications, including GoBrain, ProFocus: Frame & Timer, Hack Não 1500 English, and Manifest, and we provide software consulting and development services to clients.
2. Use of this website
You may browse this site and use its content to evaluate our services. You may not scrape, republish, or resell the content, or attempt to disrupt the site's operation. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Consulting and development services
Client work is always governed by an individual written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or contract) signed before work begins. That agreement defines scope, milestones, fees, intellectual property transfer, and confidentiality. If anything in these general terms conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Unless the signed agreement says otherwise:
- Work delivered and paid for belongs to the client, including source code written specifically for the project.
- We keep the right to reuse generic tooling, libraries, and know-how that are not specific to the client's product.
- Either side may end an engagement in writing; completed milestones remain payable.
4. Our applications
Applications we publish are distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the web under their own store listings and licenses. Your use of an app is also governed by the store's terms and the in-app policies shown at first launch, where applicable.
We may update, change, or retire an application at any time. Paid features, where offered, follow the refund rules of the store you purchased through.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our applications or services to break the law, infringe on other people's rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems that are not yours.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FightTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our published applications. For client engagements, liability caps are defined in the signed agreement.
7. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site or our applications after a change means you accept the new terms.
